We deal in all types of articles i.e. Men & Ladies Shirts, Blouses, T-shirts, Trousers, Jeans & Pullover etc. Our Garments Buying Division is having a close association with a list of reputed garments (knit, woven & sweaters) manufacturers specialized for Men, Women & Children clothing in the country. At the same time we also work as the buying agent for our overseas principals/buyers. We usually negotiate orders on behalf of our principal's / buyer's against a specific design, quality and quantity at a very competitive price with those garments who can meet our specific requirements. We have our own set of qualified Quality inspectors whom we use to deploy to the production floors of the factories who do our jobs. This is how we ensure all the qualitative aspects from input materials upto delivery to the shipping liners as per our buyers requirements and hence can take care the maximum interest. We infect act as the expert eyes & ears at a remote destination on our buyer's behalf that they can completely rely on. For all these expert services we receive a certain amount of service charge (agreed on mutual understanding) from our buyers for professionally executing their orders. Five years back, when we started our garments buying operations we had only 3 people (1 Merchandiser & 2 QC) to handle all the operations and in the 1st year we successfully executed more than $500,000 orders. Now on an average, we are executing some where between $1.5 - $2.0m orders per year. Running with the time, as our customer & order volume increased, staff size also increased every year in respective areas which stands to 11 persons now as you can see below. 1. There is nothing absolute in nos., which means the way we grow, our supporting work force will also grow accordingly as you have noticed. In the following paragraphs, you can find a brief description as to how we handle any orders : Sr. Merchandiser is primarily responsible for coordinating the execution of all the orders starting from the sourcing of input materials upto final shipment.Every Merchandiser is assigned with specific orders for coordinating the executions with factories day to day basis. Each of our Quality Controllers is responsible for one factory and who stays at factory floor and take cares all quality aspects in every stage and make daily reports to respective merchandiser on production as well as quality appraisal. Based on these daily reports merchandisers (with the consultation of sr. merchandiser and/or production director) provide necessary directives and do follow-ups. Every merchandiser must visit factories doing his orders at least thrice a week just to ensure that all his directives are followed properly and report to sr. merchandiser after each visit. Executive Director has the complete responsibility of selecting factories for each order and coordinates with factory owners / directors and supervises all our staffs for smooth operation as per the schedule. CEO, look after all overseas developments & correspondences and coordinate with Executive Director for overall buying operations.
